This ornament comes from the Thomas Glenn "Jazz Collection" introduced several seasons ago and is now a "retired" ornament.
The ornament was named in honor of Duke Ellington (04/29/1899-05/24/1974), an American composer, pianist, and bandleader. He led his jazz orchestra starting in 1923 until his death in 1974. He gained national profile from his performances with his orchestra in the Cotton Club in Harlem.
