In this ornament from the Christina's World Collection of Thomas Glenn Holidays, we have a balloon festival in progress.  Colorful hot air balloons are set against a deep blue sky.  Small droplets of graffitti-like paint are accented against the background.  You can even see two silhouetted riders in one of the balloons!
