Bronze Dolphin Return and Shipping Policies
SHIPPING & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Shipping charges are determined by product and include weight, distance, and package dimensions. For items weighing under 2 pounds and ability to fit in standard postal packaging, the United States Postal Service may be used; otherwise, United Parcel Service standard delivery will be the default. Packaging will be provided carefully to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. It is strongly recommended that the buyer purchase insurance, as The Bronze Dolphin will not be responsible for damaged or lost packages in transit. If you would like additional insurance this will be an extra cost in the shipping total. In the event of damage, please retain the original box and packaging material to expedite the claim process.
The Bronze Dolphin will not charge additional fees for handling or packaging materials, but please be aware that careful packing may result in overall higher shipping costs. Please notify The Bronze Dolphin immediately with regard to any shipping or damage issues at "firstname.lastname@example.org". We may be able to assist with the claims process by providing ship date and tracking number information. We will provide international shipping, but shipping costs may be expensive - so please contact us first for details.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS:
Given the nature of the antiques and collectibles market, all sales on The Bronze Dolphin website are "as-is", final, and non-refundable. If an item is received damaged, a refund (or, if available, a replacement) will be provided once a claim has been paid by the carrier. If an incorrect item was shipped, please contact us at "email@example.com" for instructions on how to return the item and receive the correct item. We will provide as accurate a description of the item as possible, including any existing condition issues; but we encourage customer inquiries so that there is no confusion concerning the item being purchased.
