This is the 1943 US Hunting Permit (Duck Stamp), Scott Catalog #RW10.  It is inscribed "Void after June 30, 1944".  The stamp is in mint condition with gum, lightly hinged, and is a plate number single.  There is some slight creasing as shown in both the front and back views of the stamp.  The 2015 Scott Catalog value was $65; we are offering it at 25% off catalog value.
