This is the 1947 US Hunting Permit (Duck Stamp), Scott Catalog #RW14.  It is inscribed "Void after June 30, 1948".  The stamp is in mint condition with gum, never hinged, and is a plate number single.  The 2015 Scott Catalog value was $55; we are offering it at 25% off catalog value.
