This is the 1949 US Hunting Permit (Duck Stamp), Scott Catalog #RW16.  It is inscribed "Void after June 30, 1950".  The stamp is in mint condition with gum, never hinged.   The 2015 Scott Catalog value was $70; we are offering it at 25% off catalog value.
