This is the 1950 US Hunting Permit (Duck Stamp), Scott Catalog #RW17.  It is inscribed "Void after June 30, 1951".  The stamp is in used condition.  It has been very lightly signed on the front as visible in the photograph.  The 2015 Scott Catalog value was $15; we are offering it at 50% off catalog value.
